Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pure Wardrobe. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized products

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@purewardrobe.store with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us at contact@purewardrobe.store.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@purewardrobe.store.
